NDR Are please to announce that they are supporting MIND – Corby providing free transport for Mind Service Users to access the Active In Motion (A.I.M) service at Adrenaline Alley.

Mind in Corby is part of Northamptonshire Mind and was first known as the ‘Corby Association for Mental Health’. Our building is housed in an old vicarage, generously donated to us, and offers a warm and homely ambiance that provides a supportive environment for individuals seeking mental health assistance. We also offer eco-therapy inspired sessions in our large garden, which provides a peaceful and natural setting for visitors to connect with nature and improve their well-being.

A.I.M offers state-of-the-art power-assisted exercise machines within a warm & inviting atmosphere. It is also equipped with an area for weight & suspension training, changing rooms, and a shower.

They foster major improvements in the physical & mental health of individuals of all ages & abilities. Their services encompass a wide range of benefits, including enhanced fitness levels, effective weight loss, injury rehabilitation, & improved mobility.

A.I.M is for everyone & especially beneficial for older exercisers or those with long-term conditions, injuries, or disabilities.
